By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a consultation, enrolling in a course, purchasing any program, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our website and Services immediately.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using any NDH Services, you confirm that:

Our educational programs are intended for individuals who wish to develop skills in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Design Systems, Figma, User Research, Product Thinking, and related disciplines.

  • You are under 18 years of age and have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling in any NDH program, you confirm that you satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse admission, suspend participation, or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided.

3. Account Registration & Information

Our educational programs are intended for individuals who wish to develop skills in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Design Systems, Figma, User Research, Product Thinking, and related disciplines.

Certain Services may require you to submit personal information, including but not limited to:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

  • Educational Background

  • Professional Information

  • Payment Information

  • Any additional information reasonably required for enrollment or student support.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Keep your information updated whenever changes occur.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials where applicable.

  • Notify NDH immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

You remain responsible for all activities carried out using your registered account.

4. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in an NDH program is considered successful only after:

  • Your registration has been accepted by NDH;

  • Applicable course fees have been successfully received or approved under an agreed payment arrangement; and

  • You have received an official enrollment confirmation from NDH.

Submission of an enquiry form or consultation request does not guarantee admission into any course.

NDH reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject applications at its discretion.

  • Verify applicant information before enrollment.

  • Limit seats for specific batches.

  • Modify batch schedules where operationally necessary.

5. Student Responsibilities

To maintain a professional and productive learning environment, every student agrees to:

  • Participate respectfully during classes, mentorship sessions, and community discussions.

  • Complete assignments honestly without plagiarism or unauthorized copying.

  • Respect fellow learners, mentors, instructors, and NDH staff.

  • Use NDH learning materials only for personal educational purposes unless otherwise permitted in writing.

  • Refrain from any abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or disruptive behaviour.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from NDH programs without entitlement to a refund where permitted by applicable law.

6. Learning Experience

NDH is committed to providing practical, industry-focused education through live classes, mentorship, assignments, portfolio projects, and digital learning resources.

While we strive to maintain consistent schedules and learning experiences, NDH may reasonably update:

  • Course curriculum

  • Learning resources

  • Teaching methodologies

  • Mentors or instructors

  • Class schedules

  • Software tools

  • Assessment methods

Such updates are made to improve the quality and relevance of our educational programs and shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, internships, freelance work, salary outcomes, or admissions to any third-party organization. Individual success depends on various factors including participation, effort, skills, portfolio quality, communication, and market conditions.

7. Fees, Payments & Billing

Enrollment in any NDH course or service is confirmed only after the applicable fees have been successfully received and verified by Neuronnect Design Hub ("NDH"), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Course fees, taxes, and applicable charges are clearly communicated before payment.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. NDH does not store complete payment card information.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and authorized.

NDH reserves the right to revise course fees, promotional offers, and pricing for future batches without prior notice. Any such revisions will not affect enrollments that have already been confirmed.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

NDH invests significant resources in planning live classes, mentorship, learning materials, and student support. Therefore, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both learners and the institution.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Once enrollment is confirmed, course fees are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, partial attendance, change of mind, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the course.

  • Requests for exceptional cases may be reviewed at NDH's sole discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where permitted, batch transfers or deferrals may be offered subject to seat availability and administrative approval.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by NDH, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials

  • Videos

  • Live session recordings

  • Presentations

  • Assignments

  • Design templates

  • Illustrations

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Website content

  • Learning resources

  • Certificates

  • Logos

  • Trademarks


are the exclusive intellectual property of NDH or its respective licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Enrollment grants students a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access learning materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Students may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or publicly share NDH materials without prior written permission.

  • Upload paid course content to public platforms.

  • Record, rebroadcast, or commercially distribute live sessions.

  • Use NDH branding or intellectual property in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

10. Course Recordings & Learning Materials

Some live classes may be recorded to support student learning.

Where recordings are provided:

  • Access is intended only for enrolled students.

  • Recordings remain the property of NDH.

  • NDH may modify, replace, or discontinue access to recordings at its discretion.

  • Students may not download, redistribute, or publish recordings unless explicitly authorized.

NDH does not guarantee that recordings will be available for every session.

11. Certificates & Verification

Upon successful completion of applicable course requirements, NDH may issue a Certificate of Completion.

Certificates may include:

  • Student Name

  • Course Name

  • Certificate ID

  • Issue Date

  • Verification Status

  • QR Code or Digital Verification Link

NDH reserves the right to withhold, revoke, suspend, or cancel certificates where:

  • Fraudulent information has been provided.

  • Academic dishonesty or plagiarism is identified.

  • Course completion requirements have not been satisfied.

  • Any material violation of these Terms has occurred.

Online certificate verification is provided solely to confirm authenticity and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment, competency, or professional licensing.

12. Community Standards

NDH is committed to maintaining a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive learning environment.

Users agree not to:

  • Harass or intimidate other learners or mentors.

  • Post abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

  • Share spam or promotional content without authorization.

  • Disrupt classes or community discussions.

  • Impersonate another individual or organization.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to NDH systems or accounts.

NDH may suspend or permanently terminate access to any student who violates these standards.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website and educational platform may integrate or link to third-party services including, but not limited to:

  • Educational materials are provided for general learning purposes.

  • Course content may evolve as industry practices change.

  • No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted website availability or error-free operation.

  • Individual learning outcomes will vary based on personal effort, participation, prior experience, and other external factors.

Nothing contained within our educational programs constitutes professional legal, financial, employment, or business advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, NDH, its directors, employees, mentors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or NDH Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
